Ingredients
- 2 cups penne pasta
- 1 pound ground beef
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- salt and pepper
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup (10 3/4 oz)
- 1 can petite tomatoes with liquid (14 1/2 oz)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can French fried onions (2.8 oz)
How To Make crunchy beef pasta

Step 1Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for 15 minutes.

Step 2Meanwhile, add the ground beef to the skillet and brown over medium heat. Add the garlic and season with salt and pepper. Once no longer pink, stir in the soup and tomatoes.

Step 3Preheat the oven 350 degrees F. Mix the meat mixture with the pasta. Pour into a baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes. Add the cheese and French fried onions and bake 15 more minutes. Serve.
