How to Make Crockpot macaroni and cheese

Step-by-Step

  1. Turn the slow cooker (crock pot) on low. Spray the inside and bottom of pot.

In a medium size mixing bowl mix together; evaporated milk, milk, egg, salt and pepper.

    Pour mixture into crock pot.
  2. Add cheese to crock pot and uncooked macaroni.

    Stir gently to mix.

Cook on low for 3-4hrs or until custard is set and the macaroni is tender. (Do not cook more than 4hrs or sides will dry out).
