crockpot lasagna
(1 RATING)
My husband isn't usually a big pasta lover but he loves this recipe. You can really put whatever you like in your lasagna & it will be good. There is no set ingredients. I sometimes use italian sausage & smoked mozzarella & ricotta or cottage cheese. Just whatever you like.

Ingredients
- 1 pound beef or turkey burger
- 1 pound mozzarella cheese, low-fat
- 16 ounces favorite spaghetti sauce
- 2-4 ounces parmesan cheese
- 1/2 box lasagna noodles, uncooked
How To Make crockpot lasagna
-
Step 1Brown the meat & drain the grease off. Then mix it with the spaghetti sauce. Set aside.
-
Step 2Grate the mozzarella cheese into a bowl & add the parmesan to it.
-
Step 3Spray your Crockpot with cooking spray & begin putting your Uncooked regular lasagna noodles in the bottom. (you will have to break them to make them fit.) Spread some of the sauce mixture on top, then some of the cheese. Keep layering until the crockpot is about half full. End with the cheese on top.
-
Step 4Put the lid on. Turn the Crockpot on Low for 4 hours.(Try not to take lid off during cooking.) The noodles should be tender & the edges a little crispy.
