Ingredients

  • 2 pounds tenderized round steak, cut ito strips
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt, pepper and minced garlic (each)
  • 3 teaspoons butter
  • 1 medium onion, chopped fine
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 2 - beef bouillon cubes or 2 pkgs. instant beef bouillon
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 package 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 package egg noodles, boiled and set aside

How To Make crockpot cream chese stroganoff

  • Step 1
    Season steak with salt and pepper and then dredge in flour. Place 2 tsp. butter in bottom of crockpot. Top with floured steak. Mix together minced garlic, soy sauce, bouillon, mushroom soup and water. Add to steak in crockpot. Simmer on low all day or high until tender. Just before serving, about 20 minutes, add pkg. of softened cream cheese that has been cut into cubes. Stir until smooth. Serve over egg noodles that have been boiled and drained.
