This is an easy dinner that mom and kids will love. It's cheesy, meaty and full of flavor. The kids will love the creamy, hearty meal and mom will love how easy it is to make. Once everything is in the Crock Pot, you only have to give it an occasional stir while it's cooking, fold in cooked macaroni and, voila, dinner is ready. The Test Kitchen

ground beef or turkey
1/2 c
chopped onions
garlic salt (about 1/2 teaspoon)
1 can(s)
cream of chicken or celery soup, 10.5 oz.
1 jar(s)
Ragu double cheddar, 16 oz.
1 can(s)
Rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies, 10 oz.
2 Tbsp

bag of small elbow macaroni
2 c
shredded Jack and Colby cheeses ( i usually buy a pre-shredded bag

How to Make Crock Pot Cheeseburger Mac


  • Cooking onions in a frying pan.
    1Spray frying pan with cooking spray. Add onions and cook for a couple minutes until softened.
  • Adding hamburger meat and garlic salt to onions.
    2Add hamburger and garlic salt to taste. Brown hamburger.
  • Draining grease from the hamburger meat.
    3Drain grease.
  • Adding cooked hamburger and onions to the Crock Pot.
    4Add cooked hamburger to the Crock Pot.
  • Adding soups, ketchup, and tomatoes to Crock Pot.
    5Mix in soup, ketchup, Ragu cheese sauce and can of tomatoes.
  • Cooking all ingredients in the Crock Pot.
    6Cook on high 3 to 4 hours.
  • Adding cooked macaroni and cheese to Crock Pot.
    7Add cooked macaroni and shredded cheese.
  • Mixing all ingredients in the Crock Pot.
    8Mix. Then let sit 15 to 20 mins and serve.
