Crockpot Beef Tips with Wide Egg Noodles

I got this recipe from my neighbor Rosie. It is a staple in our home.

serves A large Family, easy dish for working moms
prep time 10 Min
cook time 8 Hr

Ingredients

  • 1-3 lb
    trimmed stew meat
  • 1 can
    7up, sprite or other lemon-lime soda (can be reg or diet)
  • 1 pkg
    onion soup mix
  • 1 pkg
    brown gravy mix
  • 1 can
    condensed mushroom soup
  • 1 can
    mushroom pieces (optional)
  • recipe can be doubled for large family

How To Make

  • 1
    Trim Fat and grizzle of of stew beef.
  • 2
    Mix all of above ingredients together and cook on low for 6 - 8 hrs in slow cooker.
  • 3
    Prepare egg noodles on stove top according to package direction, then drain. Serve meat over buttered egg noodles.
