ground beef or turkey

onion, chopped
2 clove
garlic, minced
1 1/2 tsp
salt
28 oz
tomato sauce
6 oz
tomato paste or
2
jars of your favorite spag. sauce
1 tsp
dried oregano
12 oz
cottage cheese
1/2 c
parmesan cheese
12 oz
no-cook lassagna noodles or regular noodles
4 c
shredded mozzarella cheese

How to Make CROCK POT LASSAGNA

Step-by-Step

  • 1brown ground beef, onion, garlic in fry pan. Add tomato sauce, tomato paste, salt & oregano. Cook long enough to get warm.
  • 2spoon a layer of meat sauce onto bottom of slow cooker. add a double layer of uncooked noodles (break to fit) and top with cheeses. repeat with sauce, noodles and cheeses until all used up.
  • 3cover and cook on low for 4-5 hrs
