    ground beef or turkey
  • 1
    onion, chopped
  • 2 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 28 oz
    tomato sauce
  • 6 oz
    tomato paste or
  • 2
    jars of your favorite spag. sauce
  • 1 tsp
    dried oregano
  • 12 oz
    cottage cheese
  • 1/2 c
    parmesan cheese
  • 12 oz
    no-cook lassagna noodles or regular noodles
  • 4 c
    shredded mozzarella cheese

How to Make CROCK POT LASSAGNA

Step-by-Step

  1. brown ground beef, onion, garlic in fry pan. Add tomato sauce, tomato paste, salt & oregano. Cook long enough to get warm.
  2. spoon a layer of meat sauce onto bottom of slow cooker. add a double layer of uncooked noodles (break to fit) and top with cheeses. repeat with sauce, noodles and cheeses until all used up.
  3. cover and cook on low for 4-5 hrs
