Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 pound fresh mushrooms
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 medium red bell pepper sliced
- 1 medium onion diced
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 3 - boneless chicken thighs cut into chunks
- 1 can golden mushroom soup
- 1 package dry italian seasoning
- 8 ounces chive and onion cream cheese
- 4 ounces havarti cheese shredded
- 8 ounces favorite pasta
- - parmesan cheese and fresh parsley for garnish
How To Make crock pot creamy cheesy chicken pasta

Step 1Place the olive oil and butter in a large skillet. Add the mushrooms, garlic, red bell pepper, and onion. Saute until softened and the mushrooms have given up their moisture. Add the white wine and let most evaporate. Remove from heat.

Step 2Spray a crock pot with cooking spray. Add the chicken, chicken broth, golden mushroom soup, dry Italian seasoning mix, cream cheese, and shredded Havarti cheese. Stir in the mushroom mixture.

Step 3cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. Cook pasta right before serving. Serve chicken mixture over pasta and garnish with Parmesan cheese and parsley
