I made this for the first time 2 years ago, when I got my first crock pot. It is customizable in that you can add mushrooms, or use low fat sour cream and cream cheese. It is so easy, and every single person who has tried it raves about it!

Ingredients
- 1 pound stew beef
- 1 can condensed golden mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup water (i mix in some beef bouillon)
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1/2 package dry onion soup mix
- 8 ounces fresh sliced mushrooms (optional)
How To Make crock pot beef stroganoff

Step 1In slow cooker combine meat, soup, onion, Worcestershire sauce and water; sprinkle with onion soup.

Step 2Cook on low for 5 or 6 hours.

Step 3Add in optional fresh mushrooms 2 hours before this dish is done.

Step 4Stir in softened cream cheese and sour cream 30-45 minutes before finished cooking.

Step 5Serve over noodles or mashed potatoes. Enjoy!
