Ingredients
- 1 pound Chinese egg noodles or rice noodles
- olive oil
- 1 stick butter
- 10 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
- 2 green onions, chopped
How To Make crispy garlic noodles

Step 1Boil the noodles in water until cooked. Drain and add olive oil so they don't stick together.

Step 2Add the butter to a saucepan. Once melted add the garlic and cook stirring constantly for about 5 minutes.

Step 3Add the oyster sauce, fish sauce, sugar, and white pepper. Cook for 2 more minutes.

Step 4Add the noodles to the sauce and toss.

Step 5Increase the heat to medium. Press the noodles and let cook undisturbed to crisp it up. Top with the green onions and stir to incorporate the onions and crisp up again. Serve.
