Ingredients For crispy garlic noodles

1 lbChinese egg noodles or rice noodles

olive oil

1 stickbutter

10 clovegarlic, minced

2 Tbspoyster sauce

1 Tbspfish sauce

1 Tbspgranulated sugar

1/2 tspwhite pepper

2green onions, chopped
How To Make crispy garlic noodles

1Boil the noodles in water until cooked. Drain and add olive oil so they don't stick together.

2Add the butter to a saucepan. Once melted add the garlic and cook stirring constantly for about 5 minutes.

3Add the oyster sauce, fish sauce, sugar, and white pepper. Cook for 2 more minutes.

4Add the noodles to the sauce and toss.

5Increase the heat to medium. Press the noodles and let cook undisturbed to crisp it up. Top with the green onions and stir to incorporate the onions and crisp up again. Serve.
