I was given the original recipe several years ago by a friend. It originally called for ground beef, regular cream cheese and whole milk. Ground chicken can also be used.
This is a quick and easy dish to prepare. I don't add salt due to the sodium in the creamed soup but, it can be added. I usually serve it with a green salad but, it's great by itself as well. I've also posted this on where you can find the complete nutritional value.

1 lb
ground lean (93%) turkey
8 oz
fat free cream cheese, cubed
1 (10.75) can(s)
cream of mushroom soup
6 oz
2% milk
1 c
canned yellow corn, drained
2 lb
pkg. whole wheat wide noodles


1Prepare noodles according to pkg directions. While noodles are cooking, brown turkey in about 1/4 cup water (prevents sticking). Drain and add remaining ingredients. Heat over medium high heat, stirring occasionally until cheese is melted and mixture is well blended. Serve over hot noodles.
