Creamy Turkey & Noodles
This is a quick and easy dish to prepare. I don't add salt due to the sodium in the creamed soup but, it can be added. I usually serve it with a green salad but, it's great by itself as well. I've also posted this on sparkpeople.com where you can find the complete nutritional value.

1 lbground lean (93%) turkey
8 ozfat free cream cheese, cubed
1 (10.75) can(s)cream of mushroom soup
6 oz2% milk
1 ccanned yellow corn, drained
2 lbpkg. whole wheat wide noodles
How to Make Creamy Turkey & Noodles
- Prepare noodles according to pkg directions. While noodles are cooking, brown turkey in about 1/4 cup water (prevents sticking). Drain and add remaining ingredients. Heat over medium high heat, stirring occasionally until cheese is melted and mixture is well blended. Serve over hot noodles.
