1 lbbulk italian sausage

1medium onion, chopped

2 clovegarlic, minced

4 qtwater

1 pkgfrozen cheese tortellini

3 cforzen mixed vegetables

1jar alfredo sauce

3 tspdried basil
How to Make Creamy Tortellini and Sausage
- In a large skillet, cook sausage, onion and garlic over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain.
- Meanwhile, in a dutch over, bring water to a boil. Add the pasta and vegetables. Cook for 3-5 minutes or until pasta is floating and vegetables are tender; drain.
- Add to skillet; mix well. Pour sauce over top. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with basil; toss to coat.
- *TIP*: A side of fresh or canned green beans helps round out this creamy dish. Chocolate sandwich cookies are a simple and yummy finale to this easy meal.
