bulk italian sausage

medium onion, chopped

water

frozen cheese tortellini
3 c
forzen mixed vegetables

jar alfredo sauce
3 tsp
dried basil

How to Make Creamy Tortellini and Sausage

Step-by-Step

  • 1In a large skillet, cook sausage, onion and garlic over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain.
  • 2Meanwhile, in a dutch over, bring water to a boil. Add the pasta and vegetables. Cook for 3-5 minutes or until pasta is floating and vegetables are tender; drain.
  • 3Add to skillet; mix well. Pour sauce over top. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with basil; toss to coat.
  • 4*TIP*: A side of fresh or canned green beans helps round out this creamy dish. Chocolate sandwich cookies are a simple and yummy finale to this easy meal.
