Ingredients
- 1/2 - onion
- 8-10 ounces pasta (sea) shells
- 2 - tilapia fillets (add an ex. fillet if you would like a stronger fish taste)
- - salt, pepper
- - garlic
- - parsley flakes
- - red pepper flakes
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- - cilantro
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- pinch orange zest & juice from orange
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup chicken broth
How To Make creamy tilapia pasta

Step 1Boil Water &remove from skillet and set aside. Cook Noodles according to package.

Step 2Heat skillet with 1 TBSP of oil. Prepare Fillets with Garlic, Pepper, Parsley, Cilantro, lemon juice and orange zest and a squeeze of orange juice. Place in skillet and cook until fish is done. remove from skillet and set aside.

Step 3Add about 1 TBSP of butter to skillet and add in onions, garlic and a touch(depending on your preference of how much of a kick you want)of red pepper. Saute for about 2 mins, leaving the onions with a slight crunchiness. Remove from skillet and set to side.

Step 4Add about 3 TBSP of butter & 1 TBSP of Olive Oil to skillet. Once butter has melted add in Flour until blended. Next added in Milk and Chicken Broth. Bring to a boil to thicken. Add Garlic and Parsley for flavor. Also Add salt and pepper.

Step 5Once your sauce has thickened mix in the onions and pour over noodles. Chop up the Tilapia and add to the Noodle mixture. Cook for 1-2 mins and serve.
