Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 2 tablespoons black truffles chopped (optional but recommended)
- 12 ounces spaghetti
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup Parmigiano-Reggiano, grated
- fresh chives, chopped
How To Make creamy shrimp pasta with sun-dried tomatoes & truffles

Step 1Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and let cook for about 15 minutes.

Step 2In a saucepan add a little olive oil. Add the onions and garlic. Cook for 5 minutes. Add the shrimp and sundried tomatoes. Cook until the shrimp is pink. Add the truffles.

Step 3Pour in the heavy cream and Parmigiano. With a pair of tongs add the spaghetti letting most of the water drain. Let the spaghetti cook in the sauce for 5 minutes. Serve topped with the chives
