  • 1 lb
    pkg penne pasta
  • 2 Tbsp
  • 1/4 lb
    sliced pancetta bacon, chopped
  • 1/3 c
  • 1/2 c
    light cream
  • 1-1/2 c
    prego heart healthy pasta sauce
  • 1/2 c
    grated parmesan cheese

How to Make Creamy penne pasta


  1. Cook pasta as directed, drain. Melt butter in lg skillet over medium heat. Saute pancetta until lightly browned.
  2. Stir in vodka, cook for 5 mins. Stir in pasta sauce and light cream. Simmer for 10 mins, stirring occasionally. Stir in pasta and heat through. Sprinkle w/ parmesan cheese.
