Ingredients
- 8 ounces fusilli col buca pasta. ( or any pasta)
- 6 slices bacon cut into pieces
- 2 ahi tuna steaks about 5 oz each
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley chopped
- salt and pepper
How To Make creamy pasta with bacon and ahi tuna

Step 1Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente. While the pasta is cooking add the bacon to a skillet big enough to hold the pasta. Cook until done. Remove with a slotted spoon. Add the tuna steaks and sear on all sides remove to a cutting board.

Step 2Add the butter and cream to the pan. Drain the pasta and add to the cream mixture. Cook until most of the liquid is absorbed.

Step 3Cut the tuna into chunks. Stir the bacon, parsley and tuna into the pasta. Taste and adjust for salt and pepper.
