I found this recipe and started using it often because of my family's reaction.They all love it! It makes an extra large batch and therefore can be shared.

Ingredients
- 8 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup flour
- 5 1/2 cups milk
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 6 slices bread, cubed
- 1 pound macaroni, elbow
- 2 cups parmesan or romano cheese, grated
- 4 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/4 teaspoon @ nutmeg,pepper, and cayenne pepper
How To Make creamy macaroni and cheese

Step 1Toast cubed bread. Use 2 t. in cooking water for elbow macaroni. Undercook by 3 minutes. drain and set aside.

Step 2Melt butter in large pan. Add flour and stir till smooth. Add milk and whisk until smooth. Add cheeses and whisk again until smooth. add spices and stir.

Step 3Spray large baking dish.(10x15)Add macaroni and pour cheese sause over. stir. mixture will seem soupy. Top with bread cubes. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes.
