Ingredients
- 3 cups tricolor rotoni
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup monterey jack cheese, shredded
- 8 ounces velveeta
- 3 cups cooked ham, chopped
How To Make creamy mac & cheese

Step 1Bring water to a boil and cook macaroni.

Step 2While macaroni cooks, melt butter over low heat; add flour, whisking until smooth. Cook 1 minute, whisking constantly. Gradually add milk; cook over medium heat, whisking constantly, until thickened and bubbly.

Step 3Stir in cheeses, cook, whisking until cheese melts. Stir in macaroni and hame; spoon into a lightly greased baking dish.

Step 4Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

Step 5*Add 3 cups cooked, broccoli flowerets, if desired.

Step 6**May be frozen. Thaw in refrigerator 24 hours. Bake, covered, at 350 for 30 minutes.
