  • 3 cloves garlic cloves, peeled & thinly sliced
  • 2 pounds zucchini--coarsely shredded
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon blk pepper
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese--shredded
  • 1/2 cup alfredo sauce
  • - fresh basil for garnish

How To Make creamy linguine with zucchini

  • Step 1
    COOK PASTA AS DIRECTED ON PKG. DRAIN, KEEP WARM.
  • Step 2
    IN LGE SKILLET HEAT OIL OVER MEDIUM HIGH HEAT, ADD GARLIC, COOK STIRRING ABOUT 30 SECONDS OR UNTIL LIGHTLY BROWNED.
  • Step 3
    INCREASE HEAT TO HIGH. STIR IN ZUCCHINI, SALT, PEPPER. COOK, STIRRING OFTEN, ABOUT 3 MINS OR UNTIL TENDER. ADD CHEESE & ALFREDO SAUCE, HEAT THROUGH.
  • Step 4
    TRANSFER TO LGE. BOWL, TOSS WITH PASTA, IF DESIRED, GARNISH WITH BASIL.
