- 3 cloves garlic cloves, peeled & thinly sliced
- 2 pounds zucchini--coarsely shredded
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon blk pepper
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese--shredded
- 1/2 cup alfredo sauce
- - fresh basil for garnish

Step 1COOK PASTA AS DIRECTED ON PKG. DRAIN, KEEP WARM.

Step 2IN LGE SKILLET HEAT OIL OVER MEDIUM HIGH HEAT, ADD GARLIC, COOK STIRRING ABOUT 30 SECONDS OR UNTIL LIGHTLY BROWNED.

Step 3INCREASE HEAT TO HIGH. STIR IN ZUCCHINI, SALT, PEPPER. COOK, STIRRING OFTEN, ABOUT 3 MINS OR UNTIL TENDER. ADD CHEESE & ALFREDO SAUCE, HEAT THROUGH.

Step 4TRANSFER TO LGE. BOWL, TOSS WITH PASTA, IF DESIRED, GARNISH WITH BASIL.
