  • 1 pkg
    spaghetti, uncooked
  • 1.25 c
    mayonnaise
  • 3 Tbsp
    wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp
    mustard
  • 1 Tbsp
    parsley, chopped
  • 1
    garlic clove, minced
  • 1 c
    tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 c
    mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 c
    zucchini, thinly sliced
  • 1 c
    pepperoni, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 c
    green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 c
    onion, chopped

How to Make Creamy Italian Toss

Step-by-Step

  1. Prepare spaghetti according to package directions.
  2. Rinse and drain in cold water.
  3. In a small bowl, stir together next 5 ingredients.
  4. Set aside.
  5. In a large bowl mix together remaining ingredients.
  6. Add dressing, toss well to coat.
  7. Cover and chill for 2 hours.
