Creamy fettucine w/ cayenne pepper sauce
It's still as delicious as the last time! Creamy and spicy!!
12 ozuncooked ronzoni garden delight fettuccine pasta
2 largered bell peppers, julienned
2 Tbspminced garlic
3/4 tspcayenne pepper
1 clow-fat sour cream
3/4 clow-sodium chicken broth
3/4 cgrated parmesan cheese.
·salt & pepper to taste
How to Make Creamy fettucine w/ cayenne pepper sauce
- In lg pot of boiling water, cook fettuccine until al dente, drain. Spray a lg skillet w/ cooking spray, preferably made w/ olive oil. Set over medium heat and saute peppers, garlic and cayenne pepper for about 5 min. Stir in sour cream and broth. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 5 mins. Remove from heat and stir in parmesan cheese. Toss pasta w/ sauce, season w/ salt & pepper.
