Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 medium onion finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 12 ounces lean ground beef
- 1/3 cup all purpose flour
- 1 cup beef broth, reduced sodium
- 1 can evaporated milk {370ml}
- 1 cup frozen peas thawed
- 1 1/2 cups extra old cheddar cheese shredded
- 1/3 cup chopped parsley
- 4 teaspoons dijon mustard
- - salt and pepper
- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
How To Make creamy beef noodles

Step 1Cook pasta according to package directions, drain and set aside.

Step 2In large saucepan melt butter, add onions and cook until they begin to soften about 3 minutes, add garlic and cook another minute or two, add beef breaking it up with wooden spoon cook about 5 minutes, stir in flour ans cook another 2 minutes, stir in broth and milk, bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium stir in the peas, cheddar cheese, mustard parsley and S and P.

Step 3combine the pasta with the other ingredients and sprinkle with the parmesan cheese...sprinkle with a little paprika for added color and flavor.
