Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 4 ounces mushrooms, stems and pieces
  • 10.75 ounces cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sliced celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup pimento
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 ounces noodles, uncooked

How To Make creamy beef-noodle combo

  • Step 1
    Cook and stir the meat and onion in a large skillet until the meat is brown.
  • Step 2
    Drain off the excess fat.
  • Step 3
    Stir in the undrained mushroom pieces and the remaining ingredients.
  • Step 4
    Heat to boiling then reduce the heat and simmer, covered, stirring occasionally, until the noodles are tender, about 25 minutes.
  • Step 5
    A small amount of water can be added if necessary.
  • Step 6
    Serve hot.
