Ingredients
- 3 large eggs + 2 yolks
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup asiago cheese, grated
- 4 ounces hard salami, 1/2 inch sliced
- 4 slices bacon, cut into small pieces
- 1/2 pound shrimp
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano, dried
- 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 pound angel hair pasta
- 1 cup pasta water
- salt and pepper
How To Make creamy angel hair pasta with shrimp

Step 1Whisk together the 3 eggs + yolks with the parmesan and asiago cheeses in a large bowl.

Step 2In another bowl mix shrimp, garlic, onion powder, oregano, smoked paprika salt and pepper. Make sure shrimp are well coated

Step 3Heat a large skillet over med-high heat. Cook salami and bacon till crispy. Transfer to paper towel. Add shrimp to skillet and cook shrimp till done and opaque.

Step 4Cook pasta according to directions, reserving 1 cup of pasta water.

Step 5Add hot pasta to egg mixture mixing constantly and quickly. Add shrimp, bacon and salami. Mix everything together adding some pasta water to develop a smooth, creamy sauce. Garnish with parsley and grated parmesan cheese.
