Ingredients
- CHICKEN
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into strips
- salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- ALFREDO SAUCE
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 1/2 cups Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, grated
- 1 1/2 cups Pecorino Eomano cheese, grated
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 2 cups heavy cream
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- DISH
- 1 tablespoon fettucine
- fresh parsley, chopped
How To Make creamiest chicken fettuccini alfredo

Step 1Add olive oil to a skillet. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook the chicken for about 4 minutes on each side. Remove from the heat and set aside.

Step 2Add fettuccini to a pot of boiling salted water and cook about 15 minutes.

Step 3To make the sauce, add the butter, cheeses, and heavy cream together in a large pot. Stir and cook over medium heat until the cheeses are melted. Taste and season with salt and pepper. Add the nutmeg.

Step 4Drain the pasta and place it on a plate.

Step 5Top with chicken and then sauce. Sprinkle with parsley.
