4boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into strips

1 1/2 cParmigiano-Reggiano cheese, grated

1 1/2 cPecorino Eomano cheese, grated

4 ozcream cheese

2 cheavy cream

1/2 tspnutmeg

How To Make creamiest chicken fettuccini alfredo

1Add olive oil to a skillet. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook the chicken for about 4 minutes on each side. Remove from the heat and set aside.

2Add fettuccini to a pot of boiling salted water and cook about 15 minutes.

3To make the sauce, add the butter, cheeses, and heavy cream together in a large pot. Stir and cook over medium heat until the cheeses are melted. Taste and season with salt and pepper. Add the nutmeg.

4Drain the pasta and place it on a plate.

5Top with chicken and then sauce. Sprinkle with parsley.
