This is so creamy and delicious. Not really diet food though.

Ingredients

  • CHICKEN
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into strips
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • ALFREDO SAUCE
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 1/2 cups Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, grated
  • 1 1/2 cups Pecorino Eomano cheese, grated
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • DISH
  • 1 tablespoon fettucine
  • fresh parsley, chopped

How To Make creamiest chicken fettuccini alfredo

  • Step 1
    Add olive oil to a skillet. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook the chicken for about 4 minutes on each side. Remove from the heat and set aside.
  • Step 2
    Add fettuccini to a pot of boiling salted water and cook about 15 minutes.
  • Step 3
    To make the sauce, add the butter, cheeses, and heavy cream together in a large pot. Stir and cook over medium heat until the cheeses are melted. Taste and season with salt and pepper. Add the nutmeg.
  • Step 4
    Drain the pasta and place it on a plate.
  • Step 5
    Top with chicken and then sauce. Sprinkle with parsley.
