Ingredients For crawfish pasta

  • 1 pkg
    egg noodles
  • 2 stick
    real butter
  • 3 Tbsp
    cajun or creole seasonings
  • 1 1/2 qt
    heavy cream
  • 1 c
    chopped green onions
  • 2 lb
    crawfish tails

How To Make crawfish pasta

  • 1
    Cook noodles according to directions. Set aside. Melt butter in heavy deep skillet. Stir in seasonings. Blend well. Add heavy cream. Cook until reduced to half. Mix in green onions. Add pasta and crawfish. Cook until hot through out.
