Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups penne pasta, uncooked
- 1 - 15 oz. jars alfredo sauce
- 1 1/2 cups crabmeat, fresh or immitation crabmeat, chopped
- 1 medium yellow summer squash, sliced
- 1 medium zucchini, sliced
- 1 tablespoon parsley, dried
- 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 2 tablespoons bread crumbs
- 2 teaspoons butter, melted
How To Make crab n' penne casserole

Step 1Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine the Alfredo sauce, crab, yellow squash, zucchini, parsley & pepper flakes. Drain pasta; add to sauce mixture & toss to coat.

Step 2Transfer to a greased 13" x 9" baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover & bake at 325 degrees F. for 35 minutes or until heated through.

Step 3Toss bread crumbs & butter; sprinkle over casserole. Bake, uncovered, 5 - 6 minutes longer or until browned.
