My mother made this for us growing up and I have made it for my family. It has passed the test of time. Great comfort food, very easy and yummy.

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 8 ounces macaroni, elbow
- 15 ounces kidney beans, canned
- 15 ounces corn, canned
- 10 3/4 ounces tomato soup
- 8 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
How To Make cowboy casserole

Step 1Brown and drain gound beef. Boil and drain macaroni.

Step 2Mix corn (drained) with kidney beans (not drained), tomato soup, half of the cheese and chili pepper.

Step 3Add in the ground beef and macaroni, mixing well.

Step 4Bake in a 13x9 baking dish at 350F for 25 minutes. After 25 minutes, sprinkle remianing cheese on top and bake an additional 5 minutes.
