The story on this recipe is that I found it in our local hospital workers cook book.... and again, I made some changes,and tweaked it to my own liking. it's been a favorite comfort type food that my family seems to like!...a quick and easy fix, that I hope you'll like too!.....K. :)

Ingredients
- 16 oz. packages wide egg noodles
- 1 can corned beef (broken up)
- 8 oz. packages shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 tablespoons mayonaise
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- - buttered bread crumbs
How To Make corned beef noodle casserole

Step 1cook noodles in boiling salted water. drain, and combine with remaining ingredients except corned beef...mix well, then fold in corned beef last, to keep some chunks intact!.. pour into buttered baking dish or pan, and cover with buttered breadcrumbs.

Step 2bake @ 350 about 45 min.....*delicious!*........K.:)
