Confetti Tuna Cassarole
Can be prepared ahead of time and placed in the oven later.

1 boxrotini pasta
6-8 ozfresh or leftover grilled tuna (2 large cans of tuna can be substituted)
3 can(s)cream of mushroom soup
1 pkgfrozen mixed veggies
1/2 tsplemon pepper
1 cfrench fried onions
How to Make Confetti Tuna Cassarole
- cook and drain pasta according to package directions
- return pasta to pan, add all remaining ingredients except onions
- preheat oven to 425F, spray cassarole pan with olive oil spray, add mixture, sprinkle with fried onions and bake for 30 min. You can place biscuits in the oven the last 10 min or so to serve with the cassarole.
