How to Make Classic Covington Pasta w/Seafood

Step-by-Step

  1. Cook Angel Hair Pasta as directed; while thats happening saute green & yellow pepper [or colors of your choice] & small diced onion in butter & olive oil til softened & remove from pan. Add wine; shrimp and scallops, saute a few minutes then add salsa and cook together til seafood is done...put the peppers and onions back in. Pour all over cooked pasta and top w/crumbled block of feta cheese. I am keen to garlic so I always add 1 small clove garlic crushed with the peppers and onions...
  2. ;Serve w/salad & Texas Toast for a Fast Easy Dinner.
