Makes 2 pans (can freeze)
Ingredients
- 1 box pasta of choice
- 1 pound bulk hot italian sausage, cooked & drained
- 1 pound ground beef, cooked & drained
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 small green pepper, chopped
- 2 - 3 jars sliced mushrooms, drained
- 2 - 26 oz. jars pasta sauce, your choice
- 4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- - parsley, chopped
How To Make classic baked pasta casserole

Step 1Cook sausage, beef, garlic, onions, mushrooms, green peper together, drain of fat/grease.

Step 2Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Prepare pasta according to directions on package, drain & cool.

Step 3In large bowl combine pasta, meat/veggie mixture, sauce & 2 C cheese, mix well. Put into greased 13 x 9 pan. Cover.

Step 4Bake 45 minutes (uncovered). Top with remaining cheese & parsley. Bake an additional 10 minutes or until cheese melts.
