Ingredients
- 8 ounces chopped clams in juice
- 4 - garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 - dozen clams
- 1 - dozen mussels
- 8 ounces linguini pasta
- 1 bunch chopped flat leaf parsley
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 cups white wine
- 2 tablespoons butter
How To Make clams & mussels in a garlic wine sauce

Step 1cook pasta al dente...about 9 mins

Step 2in a large skillet, add the olive oil and crushed garlic, chopped clams with juice, the white wine, red pepper flakes...add the mussels and clams, cover 5 mins, till they open...add the drained pasta and gently toss, add the butter at the last min.

Step 3sprinkle with chopped parsley and enjoy.
