This is one of those recipes that is so very simple to make, with very little ingredients, but the flavors together make it a "Gourmet Party" in your mouth.

chopped clams in juice
garlic cloves, crushed
1 Tbsp
olive oil
dozen clams
dozen mussels
8 oz
linguini pasta
1 bunch
chopped flat leaf parsley
1 tsp
red pepper flakes
2 c
white wine
2 Tbsp

How to Make Clams & Mussels in a Garlic Wine Sauce


  • 1cook pasta al dente...about 9 mins
  • 2in a large skillet, add the olive oil and crushed garlic, chopped clams with juice, the white wine, red pepper flakes...add the mussels and clams, cover 5 mins, till they open...add the drained pasta and gently toss, add the butter at the last min.
  • 3sprinkle with chopped parsley and enjoy.
