ciao bella crock pot mac-n-cheese
This is the easiest way to make Mac-N-Cheese. Every time I make it for the kids at a get together, the adults wind up digging in too. Total comfort food! The nice thing is you can have it any time of year without turning the oven on. Be sure to use white sharp cheddar instead of yellow, it tends to curdle and seperate. Doesn't change the flavor but doesn't look pretty. This version is creamy and cheesy! Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 1 pound shell pasta, medium
- 3 cans (12 oz) evaporated milk
- 1 pound velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1 package (16 oz) white sharp cheddar, cubed
- 3 tablespoons butter, cubed
- 2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper

Step 1Cook shell pasta for about 7 minutes. Pasta should be under cooked to prevent from getting mushy.

Step 2Spray crock pot with non stick cooking spray and preheat on low.

Step 3Add all ingredients and set to low for 3-4 hours. Stir occasionally.
