If you read my recipes you know I love the Amish for their cooking skills. Well here's an Amish recipe for Chinese food...go figure. This has a nice taste and a good texture with the wilted cabbage and cooked noodles. As usual, the Amish come through again. I tell you, if I ever hear of a chinese restaurant owned by an Amish family...I'm THERE! This recipe would go nicely with the Lemon Egg Drop Rice Soup I posted on this site.

How To Make chinese takeout at home

In saucepan boil the noodles with the shredded cabbage until the noodles are done. The cabbage will still be crunchy. Drain.
