Ingredients
- 1 package egg noodles
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 - medium onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (28 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1/4-1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2-1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
How To Make chilli beef noodle skillet

Step 1Cook noodles according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook beef, onion, celery and garlic over medium heat until meat is no longer pink and vegetables are tender; drain. Add the tomatoes, chili powder, salt and pepper. Cook and stir for stir minutes or until heated through.

Step 2Drain noodles; stir into beef mixture and heat through. Remove from the heat. Sprinkle with cheese; cover and let stand for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Step 3*TIP*: Serve this skillet with freshly sliced cucumbers. The cool taste of the cucumbers will help offset the spicy taste of the main dish!
