I found this recipe on the web, but I changed it so much that it became a new recipe! If you love chili and love beef stroganoff, you will love this recipe! It is so quick to make, and it's tasty and hearty.

Ingredients
- 1 pound 90% lean ground beef
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 4 stalks green onions, chopped (reserve about 1/4 cup to garnish)
- 1 medium green pepper, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 cup salsa, mild
- 1 can chopped green chilies (4 oz)
- 8 ounces wide egg noodles
- 1/2 cup sour cream, to garnish
- 1/2 cup shredded munster or cheddar cheese, to garnish
- 1 - beefsteak tomato, sliced thin, to garnish
How To Make chili stroganoff

Step 1In a large nonstick skillet, cook and stir ground beef until browned with garlic, green onions, green peppers and all seasonings.

Step 2Stir in salsa and green chilies. Simmer for 10 minutes.

Step 3Meanwhile, cook egg noodles in boiling salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Step 4Serve meat mixture over noodles with sour cream and shredded cheese on top and garnish with sliced tomatoes and green onions.
