Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
- 3 - celery ribs, chopped and cooked
- 1 can tomato paste (6 oz)
- 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
- 1 can tomato sauce (8 oz)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup, light
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- - salt & pepper to taste
- 4 cups cooked macaroni

Step 1In a dutch oven, brown hamburger with onion and garlic. Drain well.

Step 2Add remaining indgredients, except macaroni, and cook until thickened, about 1 1/2 hours. If dish becomes too thick, thin with more water or tomato juice. Add macaroni during the last half hour so it doesn't overcook and get mushy.
