- 4 cups uncooked wide egg noodles (8 ounces)
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 medium onion (1/2 cup)
- 1 can chili ( with or without beans)
- 1 jar salsa (8 ounces)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup water
How To Make chili beef 'n noodles

Step 1Cook and drain noodles as directed on package.

Step 2While noodles are cooking, cook beef and onion in a 12 inch skillet over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until beef is brown; drain. Reduce heat to medium. Stir in Chili, Salsa and water into beef. Cook until thoroughly heated.

Step 3Serve beef mixture over noodles. Sprinkle with cheese.
