Ingredients
- SAUCE
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 1/2 cups half and half
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 ounces whipped cream cheese
- 4 cups baby spinach
- salt and pepper
- LASAGNA
- 9 lasagna noodles
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 cups cooked chicken, rotisserie chicken is good here
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella
How To Make chicken and spinach lasagna

Step 1Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Cook the lasagna noodle in boiling salted water for 10 minutes.

Step 2Add butter to a saucepan. Once melted, add the garlic and flour. Whisk for about 30 seconds.

Step 3Then add the half and half and stir until thickened.

Step 4Add the Parmesan, cream cheese, and spinach. Cook until the cheese is melted, and the spinach is cooked.

Step 5Grease a 9 X 13 pan. Whisk the egg and ricotta together.

Step 6Layer starting with the sauce, then 3 lasagna noodles.

Step 7Then add chicken and mozzarella. Do it two more times ending with mozzarella.

Step 8Bake for 30 minutes. Then let it rest 15 minutes.
