2 1/2 chalf and half

1/4 cgrated Parmesan cheese

- LASAGNA

9lasagna noodles

1 cricotta cheese

1egg

2 ccooked chicken, rotisserie chicken is good here

2 cshredded mozzarella
How To Make chicken and spinach lasagna

1Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Cook the lasagna noodle in boiling salted water for 10 minutes.

2Add butter to a saucepan. Once melted, add the garlic and flour. Whisk for about 30 seconds.

3Then add the half and half and stir until thickened.

4Add the Parmesan, cream cheese, and spinach. Cook until the cheese is melted, and the spinach is cooked.

5Grease a 9 X 13 pan. Whisk the egg and ricotta together.

6Layer starting with the sauce, then 3 lasagna noodles.

7Then add chicken and mozzarella. Do it two more times ending with mozzarella.

8Bake for 30 minutes. Then let it rest 15 minutes.
