1In a big skillet add butter and olive oil on low to med. heat and saute garlic and red pepper until tender. Then add cayenne, black pepper,lemon juice, chicken and shrimp, saute for a couple min. Add cream and parm. cheese and heat on low until hot. Just before serving add parsley,mix well and serve on your favorite pasta, put more parm. cheese on pasta before you put sauce on! Sometimes I will thicken the sauce with a little flour and milk mixed together then add to sauce and heat through.
