This recipe was on the back of my local market's brand of boxed pasta. I made this for lunch today and all of it was gone! So...this is family approved. Hope you try it and enjoy it.

Ingredients
- 1 package penne pasta
- 3 cloves garlic finely chopped
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 - sweet red peppers, seeded and chopped
- 1 pound chicken breasts, boneless and skinless cubed or chopped
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce ( i like frank's original)
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
How To Make chicken and red peppers with penne pasta

Step 1Cook and drain pasta according to directions. About 12 minutes.

Step 2Meanwhile, in large skillet over medium heat, saute garlic & onion in olive oil until lightly browned. Add chicken, cook, stirring often up to 12 minutes until chicken is cooked through.

Step 3Stir in red peppers, cream and hot sauce; simmer 5 minutes.Toss cooked pasta with sauce. Season to taste with salt & pepper. Top with parmesan cheese, serve immediately.
