Ingredients For chicken and red peppers with penne pasta
garlic finely chopped
sweet red peppers, seeded and chopped
chicken breasts, boneless and skinless cubed or chopped
hot sauce ( i like frank's original)
salt and pepper to taste
grated parmesan cheese
How To Make chicken and red peppers with penne pasta
Cook and drain pasta according to directions.
About 12 minutes.
Meanwhile, in large skillet over medium heat, saute garlic & onion in olive oil until lightly browned. Add chicken, cook, stirring often up to 12 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
Stir in red peppers, cream and hot sauce; simmer 5 minutes.Toss cooked pasta with sauce. Season to taste with salt & pepper. Top with parmesan cheese, serve immediately.
