Ingredients
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 tablespoons garlic flavored olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh basil, julienned
- 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
- grated parmesan

How To Make cherry tomato pasta sauce

Step 1Heat oil in medium skillet on medium heat. Add diced onion and garlic. Saute until translucent.

Step 2Add halved cherry tomatoes, reduce heat to medium low and simmer until tomatoes start to soften and release their juices, about 5 minutes.

Step 3Season with basil, parsley, salt and pepper.

Step 4Serve over your favorite pasta. Top with fresh grated parmesan.
