How to Make Cheezy Penne
- Melt butter in a small sauce pan, add milk, and heat on low/med, add corn starch that's been dissolved in tepid water. Stir constantly, until it becomes thick. You are making a basic Alfredo, or white sauce. ( you can add garlic salt to this, or garlic powder, or any seasoning of your choice)
- In a big mixing bowl, mix sauce with cooked pasta (I used Penne but you can use whatever you have handy, really.) Mix in most of the package of shredded mozzarella cheese.
