i create this turkey casserole recipe,it's cheesy and filled with leftover turkey and ravioli.

  • 1 c
    cubed sharp cheddar cheese
  • 3/4 c
    cubed pepperjack cheese
  • 2 c
    sliced leftover turkey
  • 1 tsp
    seasoned pepper
  • 1 tsp
    ground cumin
  • 2 Tbsp
    chopped sun-dried tomatoes
  • 3/4 c
    shredded parmesan cheese
  • 2 c
    condensed cheddar cheese soup
  • 2
    (9-oz.) packages refrigerated cheese ravioli
  • 1 c
    chopped carrot
  • 1 c
    (4 oz.) shredded mexican cheese blend

  • 2 Tbsp
  • 1
    vidalia onions,peeled and diced
  • 3/4 c
    grated parmesan cheese

How to Make Cheesy Turkey Ravioli Casserole


  1. Grease a 11'' x 7'' baking dish with cooking spray.Add cubed sharp cheddar and pepperjack cheese.
  2. In a large bowl,combine sliced turkey,seasoned pepper,cumin and sun-dried tomatoes.Mix well.
  3. In a large skillet,coat with cooking spray,add turkey mixture and saute for 8 minutes.Stir in shredded parmesan cheese.
  4. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  5. To make Parmesan Grilled Onions:in a medium skillet,combine margarine and diced onions,saute for 6 minutes until browned.Add grated parmesan cheese.
  6. Spread 1/2 cup cheddar cheese soup in a prepared baking dish.Arrange half of ravioli over the sauce.Top with half of Parmesan Grilled Onions,1 cup turkey mixture,1/2 cup chopped carrot and 1/2 cup soup.Repeat layers.
  7. Pour remaining soup over the top;sprinkle withe cheeses.
    Bake,uncovered for 30 minutes or until throughly heated and lightly browned.Let stand for 15 minutes before serving.
