cheesy turkey pastrami tortellini vegetable bake
I came up with this dish after shopping at a country Amish market. They had all these great ingredients that I bought so I took them home and made this dish. It got rave reviews. Enjoy

Ingredients
- 1 package cheese tortellini
- 1/2 pound asparagus fresh sliced
- 1 medium onion diced
- 4 ounces oyster mushrooms diced
- 4 ounces sugar snap peas chopped
- 1/2 pound turkey pastrami chopped
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 jar spaghetti sauce
- 8 ounces butter cheese or farmers cheese grated
- 1/4 cup basil chopped
How To Make cheesy turkey pastrami tortellini vegetable bake

Step 1Cook the cheese tortellini according to package directions. drain and set aside.

Step 2In a large skillet add a little olive oil and place over medium high heat. Add the onions, asparagus, sugar snap peas and garlic. Saute 3 minutes. Add the Turkey Pastrami saute another minute. Add the Spaghetti sauce and Tortellini. Cook 3 minutes.

Step 3Preheat oven 350 degrees. Spray a casserole dish with cooking spray. Place half the Tortellini mixture in dish and then top with half the cheese. Repeat layers one more time. Place in oven for about 15 minutes until cheese melts and is bubbly. Serve garnished with basil
