Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons flour
- salt and pepper
- 2 cups milk
- 8 ounces shell macaroni, cooked and drained
- 2 small cans tuna, drained
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- fresh parsley, minced
How To Make cheesy tuna mac

Step 1Add butter to a large saucepan. Add the onion and saute until onion is translucent. Add the flour and stir, cooking 2 minutes. Slowly pour in the milk and whisk until thickened. Season with salt and pepper. Add the cheese and stir until cheese is melted.

Step 2Add the noodles, tuna and peas. Cook, stirring, until warmed through. Serve garnished with parsley.
