Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- salt and pepper
- sweet paprika
- 6 tablespoons milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 12 ounces egg noodles, cooked and drained
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 4 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
- fresh chives, for garnish
How To Make cheesy tomato noodles

Step 1Add the oil to a saucepan. Add the onion and cook until translucent. Add the garlic and cook 30 seconds. Add the tomato paste and cook until the paste is well incorporated.

Step 2Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Add the milk and cook until thickened. Add the heavy cream, noodles, and butter. Cook until the butter is melted.

Step 3Add the cheese and cook until the cheese is melted. Serve garnished with chives.
