Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups rotini pasta, uncooked
  • 2 - carrots, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 10 3/4 ounces can cheddar cheese soup
  • 1/2 cup milk or non-fat milk
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon mustard

How To Make cheesy rotini & broccoli

  • Step 1
    Cook pasta according to package directions. Add carrots and broccoli during last 5 minutes of cooking time; drain and return to saucepan.
  • Step 2
    Stir soup, milk, cheese and mustard into pasta mixture; heat through. Serves 4
  • Step 3
    Replace the broccoli with asparagus tips for variety.
