1 1/2 crotini pasta, uncooked
2carrots, peeled and sliced
1 cbroccoli florets
10 3/4 ozcan cheddar cheese soup
1/2 cmilk or non-fat milk
1/2 cshredded cheddar cheese
How to Make Cheesy Rotini & Broccoli
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
Add carrots and broccoli during last 5 minutes of cooking time; drain and return to saucepan.
- Stir soup, milk, cheese and mustard into pasta mixture; heat through. Serves 4
- Replace the broccoli with asparagus tips for variety.
