- 1 1/2 cups rotini pasta, uncooked
- 2 - carrots, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 10 3/4 ounces can cheddar cheese soup
- 1/2 cup milk or non-fat milk
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon mustard
How To Make cheesy rotini & broccoli

Step 1Cook pasta according to package directions. Add carrots and broccoli during last 5 minutes of cooking time; drain and return to saucepan.

Step 2Stir soup, milk, cheese and mustard into pasta mixture; heat through. Serves 4

Step 3Replace the broccoli with asparagus tips for variety.
