Ingredients
- 8 ounces egg noodles cooked and drained
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- - salt and pepper
- 16 ounces tomato sauce
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 bunch green onion white and green parts separated
How To Make cheesy beef casserole

Step 1In a large skillet add a little oil and saute the onions and garlic until translucent. Add the beef and cook until no longer pink. Add the tomato sauce and warm through. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 2Mix the cream cheese, cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese and white parts of the green onions.

Step 3Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a baking dish. Layer half the cooked noodles, then half the sauce, then half the cheese mixture. Repeat one more time.

Step 4Bake for 30 minutes. Top with green parts of the green onions. Serve with more Parmesan if desired
